Running calculator hub
Choose the clock you need.
Calculate a race target, convert treadmill speed, compare finish-time charts or separate a hybrid finish goal into running, work and transition time.
Calculate race pace
Turn a finish-time target into pace and checkpoint splits.

Compare common targets before calculating a precise plan.
How the cluster fits together
Calculate, compare, then rehearse.
Use a calculator when you already know the finish time or treadmill speed. Use a chart when you need to compare several targets. Each result is a mathematical planning estimate: terrain, weather, fatigue, aid stations and transitions can change the pace you can hold.
For a mixed run/work event, the running clock is only one part of the total. Keep work stations and transitions visible in the hybrid race split planner instead of hiding every delay inside one average pace.
