Sled push

Hyrox sled push weight by division.

The sled push is 50 m, run as four 12.5 m lanes. The rulebook gives the total load including the sled, so you do not add the sled's own weight to the figures below.

Doubles divisions use the same loads as the matching singles column, shared between partners (you-go-I-go). Wall ball target heights are shown only where the rulebook lists them; the doubles rulebook gives 2.70 m for women and 3.00 m for men and does not list a height for Mixed or the Pro doubles divisions. Team Relay has its own rulebook and is not covered here. Athletes aged 60 and over compete at the HYROX World Championships with Open weights, reps and distances.

Questions

Hyrox weights FAQ

How much does the Hyrox sled push weigh?

In Season 26/27 the sled push is 50 m (4 x 12.5 m) with a total load including the sled of 102 kg (225 lb) for Women (Open), 152 kg (335 lb) for Men (Open) and Women Pro, and 202 kg (445 lb) for Men Pro. Doubles divisions use the same loads as the matching singles column. Source: official HYROX rulebook.

What is the order of Hyrox exercises?

Every Hyrox race alternates a 1 km run with one station: Run 1, SkiErg (1,000 m), Run 2, Sled Push (50 m), Run 3, Sled Pull (50 m), Run 4, Burpee Broad Jumps (80 m), Run 5, Row (1,000 m), Run 6, Farmers Carry (200 m), Run 7, Sandbag Lunges (100 m), Run 8, Wall Balls (100 reps). That is 8 km of running in total.

How heavy is the sled pull in Hyrox?

The sled pull is 50 m (4 x 12.5 m) with a total load including the sled of 78 kg (172 lb) for Women (Open), 103 kg (227 lb) for Men (Open) and Women Pro, and 153 kg (337 lb) for Men Pro.

What are the Hyrox Open men's weights?

Men (Open): sled push 152 kg and sled pull 103 kg (both including the sled), farmers carry 2 x 24 kg over 200 m, sandbag lunges with a 20 kg bag over 100 m, and 100 wall balls with a 6 kg ball to a 3.00 m target.

Do doubles teams carry half the weight?

No. The doubles rulebook lists the same loads per station as the singles columns. The team shares the station work using a you-go-I-go format and both partners must run every 1 km run, so the total distance and reps stay the same.

Do Pro divisions use heavier weights?

Yes for men: Men Pro uses 202 kg and 153 kg on the sleds, 2 x 32 kg farmers carry, a 30 kg sandbag and a 9 kg wall ball. Women Pro uses the same loads as Men (Open).

Use the loads

Turn the standard into a split plan.

Knowing the weight is the easy part. Use the Hyrox pace calculator to budget each station for your division, then compare your target with average Hyrox finish times.

Time every station against your budget.

StationPace for iPhone and iPad runs a live session with the eight stations in order and records target versus actual for each.
