Free Hyrox pacing tool
Pace the race that has three clocks.
A Hyrox finish time is 8 km of running plus eight stations plus the Roxzone. Give each its own budget and see the running pace you actually have to hold.

Train this plan, don't just calculate it.
The StationPace app for iPhone and iPad keeps run, station and Roxzone budgets separate, rehearses every segment on a live clock and compares target vs actual after each session.

Your 10K pace is not your Hyrox pace.
Every 1 km repeat starts after a strength station, so plan with a compromised running pace — typically 10–30 s/km slower than a fresh threshold pace. The stations decide how much running speed you keep, and the Roxzone quietly takes 5–10 minutes if it never gets a budget of its own.
Change one assumption at a time: fix the finish goal, adjust the station budget only when training evidence supports it, and retest with a race-simulation workout.
